Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy - You can reschedule your appointment with us. Please message us via your Google Map app on your phone or email us your new date and time. We will be happy to work with you on changing your date and time. PLEASE LOOK AT OUR CALENDAR FOR AVAILABLE DATES AND TIMES. We respect your time and thank you in advance for picking us. Please respect our time and understand that we would like you to email/message us about any cancellations. Currently, DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. We welcome you to use it for any of our services as a store credit. Deposit Expires after 15 days of reservation. IF YOU DON'T SETUP A NEW DATE AND TIME WITH US. You will pay the one deposit online and the rest in-store, we'll go over rates for everyone in your group. The deposit goes towards your rates.
